- Estimates: Under $12,500: $100 minimum; $12,500 – $100,000: 1.25% of estimate value; $100,001 – $200,000: 0.75% of estimate value; $200,000+: 0.50% of estimate value
- Negotiations: $150 minimum; 15% of the documented settlement increase above the carrier's original estimate
- Supplements: 15% of the documented increase approved by the insurance carrier resulting from the submitted supplemental scope
