Estimates
- Under $12,500: $100 minimum
- $12,500 – $100,000: 1.25% of estimate value
- $100,001 – $200,000: 0.75% of estimate value
- $200,000+: 0.50% of estimate value
Negotiations
- $150 minimum
- When carrier estimate exists: 15% of the documented settlement increase above the carrier's original estimate
- When no carrier estimate: 4% of the final Replacement Cost Value (RCV) settlement
